RNA foundation models
A family of RNA foundation models, from 10M to 160M parameters, trained on more than 47 million natural RNA sequences. RiboLoop-33M gives the best zero-shot mutation-effect score on RNAGym with 48× fewer parameters than the strongest competing model, and the family is the starting point for RNA design.
